Paramount Asphalt & Sealcoating handles Fort Myers asphalt paving for HOAs and condo associations, property managers, shopping plazas and retail centers, office and commercial parking lots, apartment communities, developers, and county and city road work. Recent Lee County jobs include the Waterside commercial parking lot and the Sunset Gulf condominium on Fort Myers Beach.
Our own crews and equipment do the paving, sealcoating, patching and striping, so the whole job runs on one schedule. Every job starts with a free on-site estimate and a written quote.
We handle new paving, overlays, and mill and overlay. Surfaces are built with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), laid at a depth set by the traffic they will carry. A medical office lot off Colonial Boulevard and a truck-service yard get different specifications.
For a lot that is sound underneath but worn on top, an overlay puts fresh asphalt over the existing surface for less cost and a shorter closure. Mill and overlay removes the worn top layer first, which keeps the new surface level with curbs and gutters. If the base has failed, we tell you an overlay will not last. We also do residential asphalt driveways.
Drainage gets checked before we quote. A lot that holds water after an afternoon storm fails early no matter how good the asphalt is.
